What drives and inspires me is impact. It could be big or small: seeing business metrics tick up because of something I’ve done, having a moment of truth with a designer I’m mentoring, inviting a non-designer to pick up a sharpie during a workshop, and, of course, the relief of seeing a prototype iteration feel easier to customers during a usability testing session. I also believe in the power of teams to solve complex problems.
Outside of work, I love art, avocados, my family and eating my way through Toronto Life’s Best Restaurants lists.
